When logging in as a returning user, YOU MUST USE THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU ENTERED INTO THE DATABASE. That is the only way the system will be able to find you and allow you to enter a show!!
If you have any problems entering horses or shows, the first thing to do is to make sure you have typed your full email address as the username when logging in. If you have a typo in the email address database, the system will also not be able to find you. In this case, click here to send us an email with your name, email address, and a description of the problem you're having...we'll fix it and get back to you asap.
If you're having a problem that isn't resolved by the closing date, we'll waive the late fee as long as you have contacted us before closing.
